Tharini qualified as a dentist in the uk since 2008. She prides herself on her calm and empathetic approach towards her patients. Over the years she has developed a great interest in aesthetic dentistry in particular.

Having completed her Postgraduation in Advanced Operative Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry from Aspire Dental Academy— she has carried out many different types of cosmetic cases such as composite build ups (re-shaping the teeth with white fillings), veneers, Emax onlays, bridges and crowns.

She completed her postgraduation in fixed orthodontics and removable clear aligners from Cephtactics in 2022.

She's also a certified Spark Advanced provider, which means she is able to offer her patients the confident smile that they deserve through minimally invasive dentistry, something we call ‘the famous ABC’: aligning the teeth straight, bleaching them to make them white and bonding them with composite fillings to beautify the teeth.

She's a “Smile Fast” provider - Using 3D technology, she can create a picture of what your smile will look like by the end of the treatment, and the route of how to get there. SmileFast then provides her and the team with the materials to create your new smile, and the team treat you for it here at Quarry Rise Dental Centre.

Tharini is always enhancing her skills and knowledge. She has a special interest in Endodontics (root canal treatment), and the latest step in her journey is to take a course in facial aesthetics.

When she's not at work her two children keep her very busy, but she also tries to find time to bake and her biggest passion is cooking. She is also trilingual and fluent in 3 languages!
