Complaints Policy
We aim to provide the highest level of care at our practice. At Quarry Rise, we take complaints very seriously indeed and try to ensure that all of our patients are pleased with our service. When patients complain we aim to deal with this as quickly and efficiently as possibly. Our aim to react to complaints in a way in which we would want our own complaints about a particular service to be handled. We learn from every mistake we make and we respond to our customers concerns in a caring manner.
